INTERVIEW. The first step is usually an Interview between Rev. Hall  and the bridal couple to get to know one another and to discuss the wedding plans. At that time, the Wedding Reservation Agreement is signed, reserving the wedding and rehearsal dates. Contact him at  817-756-7789 Ext 101 or e-mail him at revca@hallministries.com

COMMUNICATION. E-mails and phone calls may transpire between the Interview and the Rehearsal date, communicating changes and further honing the wedding plans. Communication is crucial.

REHEARSAL. Rev Hall gladly participates in Rehearsals and Rehearsal Dinners. All members of the Wedding Party need to be on time for the Rehearsal. The Wedding Party practices their roles several times to learn their cues, placement, and timing. Questions are answered, and confidence is gained through knowledge and practice. The day of the wedding is usually flawless, because of the rehearsal.

BEFORE YOU SAY, I DO. Invest in your marriage. Beat the odds from 50% failure to 97% successful marriages. "Marriage resembles a pair of shears, so joined that they cannot be separated; often moving in opposite directions, yet always punishing anyone who comes inbetween them.

At the wedding, Rev Hall arrives at least thirty minutes prior to the Wedding. he makes sure that the wedding party is in their designated area, ready to perform. he coordinates with the wedding director, musicians, bride and groom, etc. Before the ceremony begins, he confirms with the bridal couple that the appropriate guests have arrived. Starting the wedding on time is important, but having a crucial guest miss the wedding is tragic. Rev. Hall, as the Officiant, then, becomes the Conductor of the Wedding.

RECEPTION. Rev. Hall enjoys attending the Reception, learning more about the couple, families, and friends. he feels  he makes more new friends at every wedding and has become a small part of the couple's new life she has joined together.

CONFIRMATION. At the Interview, a WEDDING RESERVATION AGREEMENT is signed, which reserves the Wedding and Rehearsal days and times. A confirmation letter is sent out, via snail-mail or e-mail, confirming the Agreement, location, dates, and times, along with an INFORMATION SHEET for the couple to review and complete.

CONTACT INFORMATION. Please contact Rev. Hall with any changes that occur via e-mail or telephone. he uses the INFORMATION SHEET as his resource for the Wedding Ceremony. There may be times when he needs to contact you.
